Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be from a developing country recognized by the Malaysian government.
- Must be under 45 years old at the start of the application.
- Must have excellent academic credentials.
- Must meet the requirements of the chosen course or program.
- Must have a Second Class Upper (Honours) or a CGPA of 3.50 at the bachelor’s level.
- Must show proof of English proficiency with an IELTS score of 6.0 or higher, or a TOEFL iBT score of 60 or higher.
- Alternatively, must have completed a previous degree with English as the main medium of instruction.
- Must be healthy and provide a certified medical report.
- Must be eager to learn and contribute to their home country.

- 2024 admission offer letter from a Malaysian university.
- Two letters of recommendation.
- Statement of intent explaining reasons for applying and study objectives.
- Certified copies of academic transcripts.
- Updated curriculum vitae (CV).
- Proof of English proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, CAE, CPE, MUET, or equivalent). Alternatively, a letter from the previous institution stating English was the medium of instruction.
- Certified copy of passport with at least 18 months validity.
